– Barcelona defeated Manchester City 4:0
– De Bruyne missed several chances to score
– The star however is convinced the Citizens are playing the right way

Despite total Barcelona’s dominance Manchester City’s young talent Kevin De Bruyne sees no reason they cannot beat them at the Etihad Stadium.

Pep Guardiola’s return to Camp Nou was spoilt by a menacing Lionel Messi. The Argentine score thrice for the Catalans as Claudio Bravo saw red. Jeremy Matheiu also saw red for the Spanish side. Neymar added gloss to the scoreline.
And De Bruyne reacted: “We know what’s going to happen, that people are going to say it’s bad, but I see it differently. People can say whatever they want, but this is the way we need to play and we will win a lot of games like this.

The attacking midfielder said : “I don’t think we played a bad game. We know what people are going to say, that we were bad, that we didn’t create anything, but I think [they] feel differently.”
He added: “Obviously if you lose 4-0 it’s bad, but I think the way we want to play is the good way, even a good team like Barcelona didn’t have it so easy as people thought.”
